Refund Policy

In the case of goods unavailability or service problem:

• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final.
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we provide a 100% based on the customer's discretion.
• A 100% refund will be provided, if the product/products is/are not available or we are not able to ship the products

We will also provide replacements based on our discretion.

In case of any defects in the product/ products we will require the customer to convey the issue clearly with sufficient evidence with 24 hrs of receiving the product and to return the product via courier and such charges will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product we will initiate a replacement. In case a replacement is not available at the time we would provide a date of availability or other alternatives if the customer does not want the alternative product/products and is unable to wait for the product based on the time provided by us a 90% refund will be initiated.

Merchandise bought on Discount:

Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
